                                                                      ‫ﭼﺸﻢ ﺑﺴﻴﺎﺭ ﻣﻔﻴﺪ ﻫﺴﺘﻨﺪ ﻛﻪ ﺑﻬﺘﺮﻳﻦ ﻣﻨﺒﻊ ﺣﺎﻭﻯ ﺁﻥ ﻫﺎ‪ ،‬ﺳﺒﺰﻳﺠﺎﺕ ﺑﺮگﺩﺍﺭ ﺑﻪ ﺭﻧﮓ‬

                                                                       ‫ﺯﺭﺩ ﻭ ﻧﺎﺭﻧﺠﻰ ﻣﺜﻞ ﺫﺭﺕ ﻳﺎﻓﺖ ﻣﻲﺷﻮﻧﺪ‪.‬ﻭﻳﺘﺎﻣﻴﻦ »‪ «C‬ﻫﻢ ﺁﻧﺘﻰﺍﻛﺴﻴﺪﺍﻧﻰ ﺍﺳﺖ‬         ‫ﻛﺎﻫﺶ ﻭﺯﻥ ﻣﺎﺯﺍﺩ ﺑﺪﻧﺘﺎﻥ ﺗﻤﺮﻛﺰ ﻛﻨﻴﺪ‪.‬‬     ‫ﺍﺳﺘﺎﻳﻞ ﻭ ﺯﻳﺒﺎ ﺑﻪ ﻧﻈﺮ ﺑﺮﺳﻨﺪ ﻭ ﻫﻤﭽﻨﻴﻦ‬
