‫ﻛﻪ »ﺟﺎﻥ ﮔﺮﻯ« ﺩﺭ ﻛﺘﺎﺏ ﺗﺎﺛﻴﺮﮔﺬﺍﺭﺵ ﺩﺭ ﺳﺎﻝ ‪ 1990‬ﻛﻤﺘﺮﻯ ﺩﺳﺖ ﺑﻪ ﺧﻄﺮ ﻣﻰ ﺯﻧﻨﺪ‪ .‬ﺩﺭ ﺭﻭﺍﺑﻂ ﺑﺰﺭﮔﺴﺎﻻﻥ ﺗﻨﺎﺳﺐ ﺍﻧﺪﺍﻡ ﻣﻰﻧﻮﻳﺴﻨﺪ‪ ،‬ﻭﻋﺪﻩ ﻳﻚ ﺍﺟﺮﺍ ﻣﻰﻛﻨﻢ‪ .‬ﻫﺮ ﺟﻠﺴﻪ ﺗﻤﺮﻳﻨﻰ ﺑﺎﻳﺪ ﺍﺯ ﭼﻪ ﻣﻨﺒﻊ ﻏﺬﺍﻳﻰ ﻓﺮﺍﻫﻢ ﻣﻰﺷﻮﺩ‪.‬‬
